Individual Coaching

Schedule a FREE consultation. This is a 30-minute virtual meeting that will give us a chance to get to know each other. I will share my approach to coaching, learn about your goals, and answer any questions you may have. If you’re interested in signing up, I will share package and pricing information. 

Zena EMPOWER

Sign up for 3 months for $49.95 and then subscriptions are billed monthly at $19.95/month after the third month. You can cancel at any time after the first 3 months. To sign up or learn more email me at chloe@zenaholistichealth.com

Individual Coaching

One-on-one virtual or in person (if located in the Northern Colorado area) 45-minute sessions focused on using strength-based and evidence-based approaches to help clients explore and identify their values and reach their health and wellness goals. Typically scheduled 1x per week. Individual coaching services can be purchased as 6, 12, 18, or 24 session packages.

WORKSHOPS

Customize your own workshop for a group of at least two people based on any combination of the standard workshops and any other holistic wellness content I teach. Workshops may be virtual or in-person; available for individual sale or for groups/organizations. Scheduling is flexible!

Wellness Vision Workshop

Two 60-minute group sessions separated by a week. Clients learn the purpose of creating a wellness vision and create their own. They share with group members and identify the ways in which they will use their wellness vision to support holistic health.

Self-Compassion Workshop

Four 45-minute group sessions separated by a week. Clients are oriented to the definition and benefits of self-compassion and develop personalized self-compassion statements to practice. Later sessions provide clients with opportunities to troubleshoot barriers and enhance their self-compassion plan.

Mindfulness Practice Workshop

Four 45-minute group sessions separated by a week. Clients are oriented to the benefits of mindfulness and learn about and practice multiple types of evidence-based mindfulness. The goal of the workshop is to help clients identify what types of content they like best and to develop a sustainable practice.

Values & Goal Setting Workshop

Two 60-minute group sessions separated by a week. In the first session, clients identify and prioritize their values and set related SMART goals. In the second session, clients troubleshoot barriers and identify ways to reward themselves for progress.

 With a significantly increased proportion of adults endorsing depression and/or anxiety symptoms compared to pre-pandemic, it is not surprising that many companies are starting to build wellness support into the workplace. Research suggests that this prevention approach is paying off, with reduced absenteeism and healthcare costs across employees who use these resources.

Zena Holistic Health Workshops can be customized to fit your team’s and individual employees’ needs. Content is all evidence-based, science-backed information, tips, and resources to support any combination of fitness, nutrition, and well-being.

30-Day Mindfulness Challenge

Focuses on helping group members build or sustain a daily mindfulness practice. Mindfulness practice can improve well-being and happiness and can decrease stress. Members get exposed to varied, evidence-based content ranging from less than 1 to more than 20 minutes, tips, and community support.

30-Day Fitness Challenge

Focuses on helping group members improve their strength, increase movement, start or stick to a new fitness practice or training plan, and increase wellness behaviors in a sustainable way. Members get exposure to behavior change tips and help building consistency, motivation, inspiration, and credible fitness information.

30-Day Whole Food Challenge

Focuses on helping group members implement whole food nutrition in favor of consuming processed foods. Members set their own goals and gain exposure to credible nutrition information, whole food recipes, ingredient swap ideas to reduce processed food, motivation, inspiration, and tips to make changes maintainable over time.

Free Wellness Support

Meditation in the Park is an opportunity for local women to come together to practice mindfulness for FREE! Sometimes the accountability and/or community is all you need to launch a meditation practice. I will lead a 10-15 minute guided mindfulness practice for all who attend. Bring your yoga mat or meditation cushion! And stick around afterward for water or coffee and information about what mindfulness is and its benefits on holistic wellness. Virtual Meditations are FREE online 10-15 minute guided meditation sessions followed by discussion on mindfulness benefits and developing a practice.
