Balance plays an essential role in well-being, but it looks different for everyone. My wellness coaching program is based on research psychology and behavior change, so you can be confident you’re gaining information and developing skills to create and sustain wellness.

Values Work

Narrow down and focus on what matters most to you; identify the factors that contribute most strongly to well-being. Identify top values, increase values-related behavior in daily life, use values to set and achieve goals and to construct balance.

Goal Setting

Set goals that are both achievable AND maintainable! Support with prioritizing goals and identifying specific steps to reach goals. Evidence-based tools for problem solving barriers to achievement and/or maintenance. Tips for celebrating progress in ways that don’t take you off track.

Workshops

Sign up for an in-person or virtual workshop series, all focused on teaching you tips to prioritize wellness in different areas of your life. Learn practical tips and build skills that you can incorporate into your daily life. These workshops help you customize what you learn to fit your needs.

Two 60-minute group sessions separated by a week. Clients learn the purpose of creating a wellness vision and create their own. They share with group members and identify the ways in which they will use their wellness vision to support holistic health.

Four 45-minute group sessions separated by a week. Clients are oriented to the definition and benefits of self-compassion and develop personalized self-compassion statements to practice. Later sessions provide clients with opportunities to troubleshoot barriers and enhance their self-compassion plan.

Four 45-minute group sessions separated by a week. Clients are oriented to the benefits of mindfulness and learn about and practice multiple types of evidence-based mindfulness. The goal of the workshop is to help clients identify what types of content they like best and to develop a sustainable practice.

Two 60-minute group sessions separated by a week. In the first session, clients identify and prioritize their values and set related SMART goals. In the second session, clients troubleshoot barriers and identify ways to reward themselves for progress.

Zena Empower Subscription

Get access to a TON of wellness resources PLUS a community of women focused on improving their holistic health in ways that increase intention and purpose. This member community is designed to embrace the mantra “Empowered Women Empower Women,” and this is the place to come to lift other women up and be lifted up. Members can receive and share inspiration, support, humor, problem-solving, and accountability, and we celebrate each other’s results.

Focuses on helping group members build or sustain a daily mindfulness practice. Mindfulness practice can improve well-being and happiness and can decrease stress. Members get exposed to varied, evidence-based content ranging from less than 1 to more than 20 minutes, tips, and community support.

Focuses on helping group members improve their strength, increase movement, start or stick to a new fitness practice or training plan, and increase wellness behaviors in a sustainable way. Members get exposure to behavior change tips and help building consistency, motivation, inspiration, and credible fitness information.

Focuses on helping group members implement whole food nutrition in favor of consuming processed foods. Members set their own goals and gain exposure to credible nutrition information, whole food recipes, ingredient swap ideas to reduce processed food, motivation, inspiration, and tips to make changes maintainable over time.

Though printable handouts, worksheets, and relevant web links, gain access to science-backed information, tips, and skill-building across all areas of wellness so you know where to go when you need information and have some support in making desired changes.

Watch or listen to guided meditations across a variety of topics to help you build and stay engaged with your practice.
